ATS Trade Lab — Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ATS Trade Lab accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. ATS Trade Lab is a private personal application used by the owner of this site and authorized accounts.
Google user data accessed
Depending on the function being used, ATS Trade Lab may access:
- Google Drive files and folders used by the ATS environment.
- Google Sheets data used for ATS research, configuration, logs, and operations.
- Google Apps Script project metadata and project resources required to maintain or operate ATS.
- Google Apps Script execution, deployment, trigger, or related operational information when needed for authorized ATS functions.
- Basic Google account information, such as account identity or email address, when required by Google OAuth for authentication.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to operate, maintain, diagnose, and improve the owner's ATS environment. This includes reading and updating ATS data, running authorized automation, checking project or deployment state, maintaining research records, and diagnosing technical problems.
Data storage and retention
Data may be stored in the owner's Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script project resources, and local ATS working files when required for the operation of the application. Data is retained only as long as needed for the owner's research, operational, backup, audit, or troubleshooting purposes.
Data sharing
ATS Trade Lab does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by Google services and other infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the application and the services explicitly used by the owner.
Limited Use
ATS Trade Lab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to protect credentials and Google user data. OAuth tokens and other secrets are not intentionally published on this website.
Access, correction, and deletion
Because ATS Trade Lab is a private personal application, the owner controls the connected Google account and ATS data. Access can be revoked through the Google Account security and permissions settings, and ATS data can be deleted from the owner's Google resources or local ATS storage as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the application's Google API usage or data handling practices change. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
